I totally believe. We can't be the only life in this vast unending area called space.
I have mixed thoughts regarding the validity of UFOs sightings. If these alternate life forms are sophisticated enough to visit our planet, would not they make it a point to confirm actual communication with us or ... maybe they are smarter and know better?
